VANS: Ghost Town
This kid’s apparel line celebrates vintage western culture and adventurous spirit. I was inspired by children’s westerns of the 1950s and the playful designs of costumes, toys, and merchandise. I wanted to be creative with my patterns and include customised paisley, shirt piping, and faux cowhide.

Vans: Scheele’s Green
The concept of this line is based around on a pigment of green invented in 1775, that had a toxic chemical makeup. This was used in wallpaper, fabric, paint, etc., causing people to die from arsenic exposure. I wanted to present patterns that were soft and elegant juxtaposed with victorian mourning symbols and an underlying deadliness.

“Van”Archy in the UK
This edgy apparel line is inspired by the London punk scene of the 1970s: bands like The Sex Pistols, The Clash, as well as the designs of Vivienne Westwood. I wanted channel a punk aesthetic by combining different patterns and creating texture through visible seems and frayed edges.
